Twinkle, twinkle, little star for descant recorder (baroque)

How to read the adamTabs for descant recorder (baroque)?
Hello to you
a.d.a.m.® shows music in numbers. Easy for any person. It's just child's play and stress-free. You learn all the fingerings right away and you can play various melodies you already know.
Everyone can play! There has never been such a music school before.
You play tunes you know and you immediately know how to play it. You can hear that you are playing correctly and you believe in yourself, but others also believe in you because they also hear that you play well.
Below you will find the original adamTabs® which shows the music by numbers - a digital code. Simply, you will now be able to play your favourite melodies. Such a music aproach has not yet been seen nor heard.
Getting the sound on the recorder is really easy. It is achieved by continuous repetition of syllables "doo" or "too", but always as a whisper which ensures a pleasant tone. Brass never as you do on other instruments! Whispering syllables are sometimes short and sometimes longer, as in actual melodies.
RIGHT HAND Thumb is supporting the recorder underneath, all other fingers are acting above. LEFT HAND The Thumb is covering the hole at the back. The First finger covers the hole nearest your mouth. Note that the little finger is never in use!

a.d.a.m. introduces minus
The main digit may be followed by a minus sign. The holes pointed out after the minus sign are excluded from "the chain" and must not be covered.
